Just a real quick update... Friday is a big day. We're meeting with J's new school/treatment center for the "Parent Interview." During this interview they ask us a million questions about J's likes, dislikes, temperament, habits, our goals for him, etc. They want to make the transition as easy as possible for all of us, and they want to be sure they have all the information they need to begin the assessment process. Then we will sign the contract (gulp!), write them a big fat check (another gulp), and he will start next Wednesday.
I've decided that they should always serve wine during this Parent Interview. It would make things much more comfortable for all of us. Unfortunately, at almost 8 months pregnant I wouldn't be able to partake of any, but it's still a good idea, right?
So there's a little bit of anxiety going in to this day, but it will be good to have this big step over with, and then J will be all ready for his first day next week. Yikes!!
My nerves may be a little on edge, but he's worth it!
